What is the return policy?


Refunds are given in the form of the original payment for items returned accompanied by the original sales receipt within thirty days of purchase. Store credit is issued for items returned with a gift receipt attached within thirty days of purchase. All returned items must be in original packaging for re-sale. Refunds and store credits are given only when the original receipt or a gift receipt is presented. If an item is received in a damaged condition please return it to the store with your receipt within thirty days for full credit.

Does Henry Bear's Park have a loyalty program?

We sure do! When you sign up in stores or online, you earn points with every purchase. For every 200 points you earn, you will receive a gift certificate code in your email good for $10 off any purchase in stores or online.


How can I place an order from outside the USA?


Unfortunately, our online credit card processor doesn't play nicely with cards from outside of the US. Sorry about that! But feel free to give us a call at , and we can help you place your order over the phone.

How can I know my order went through?


Once your order has been placed successfully, you will be directed to a confirmation screen with a sales order confirmation number beginning in SO. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address under which the order was placed. If you are not directed to the confirmation page or do not receive the email, the order did not go through successfully, and you should check all your billing information to make sure that there are no errors with the billing address or security code. If you see a red error message that says "x approved", this indicates a problem with the billing information, and any temporary authorization that show up on the credit card account will disappear in a day or two without actually charging the card.
